You have another default skintone lurking in your Mods/Packages folder and the two are conflicting, so the game ends up using the head texture from one and body texture from the other.ģ. Hole in the neck/floating head - this is likely caused by a mesh for a CAS item. What do you mean by a “weird break”? Is there a seam in the neck area so the head and body textures do not match or is there a visible hole in your sim’s neck so that the head appears to be floating above the body?
